The rich color paint scheme and markings of the C460 Rafale are cautiously painted to the assembled Caudron C-460 racer model. The details of the C460 Rafale such as the insignia, logos, body number, and squadron are carefully and artistically painted in the C460 Rafale wooden plane for precision. C-460 Rafale aircraft display model wooden is hand carved from solid mahogany and completely hand painted. The process starts from carving the fuselage and the intakes on the fuselage sides to the Caudron C-460 cruciform tail design, to the assembly and final polishing of the C-460 Rafale display racer. Caudron C-460 display model racer plane is attached to a durable wooden base so you can place it wherever you like it!


The Caudron C.450 and C.460 Rafale ("Squall") were French racing aircraft built to participate in the Coupe Deutsch de la Meurthe race of 1934. They were low-wing cantilever monoplanes of conventional configuration derived from the Caudron C.362 flown in the previous year's race. In the event, the C.450 took first place, piloted by Maurice Arnoux, and one of the C.460s took third, piloted by Albert Monville.
