Model Airplane Factory offers handmade Citation V jet model, artistically created by our master craftsmen. After carving the wood, the Citation V display jet model will undergo stages of fine sanding, between primer coats, to produce a silky smooth finish ready for final painting. Citation V Cessna jet display wood is hand carved from solid mahogany and completely hand painted. The process starts from carving the fuselage and the intakes on the fuselage sides to the Cessna Citation V cruciform tail design, to the assembly and final polishing of the Citation V Cessna display jet. The rich color paint scheme and markings of the Citation V Cessna are cautiously painted to the assembled Citation 5 Cessna model display. After passing through several stages of sanding and priming, our talented artists paint and detail the Citation V model display with historically correct markings of the Citation V Cessna. This Citation V Cessna model display made of mahogany comes with a metal stand and wooden base.


The Citation V was based on the Citation II/SP, but differences over the smaller jet include more powerful Pratt & Whitney Canada JT15D5A turbofans and a slight fuselage stretch, allowing seating in a standard configuration for eight passengers. The Citation V proved quite popular, with 262 built through to mid 1994 before production switched to the modernised Ultra.
