After carving the wood, the 152 Cessna airplane model will undergo stages of fine sanding, between primer coats, to produce a silky smooth finish ready for final painting. The process starts from carving the fuselage and the intakes on the fuselage sides to the Cessna Model 152 cruciform tail design, to the assembly and final polishing of the Cessna Model 152 model wood airplane. Every part and detail of the Cessna Model 152 model plane is given equal attention to retain the actual specification of the Cessna Model 152. After passing through several stages of sanding and priming, our talented artists paint and detail the Cessna 152 display with historically correct markings of the Cessna 152. The 152 Cessna wood model display plane is supplied with a mahogany base for display.


The Cessna 152 is equipped with differential ailerons that move through 20 degrees upwards and 15 degrees downwards. It has modified Fowler (slotted, aft-traveling) flaps which are electrically operated and deploy to a maximum of 30 degrees. The rudder can move 23 degrees to either side and is fitted with a ground adjustable trim tab. The elevators move up through 25 degrees and down through 18 degrees. An adjustable trim tab is fitted to the righthand elevator and is controlled by a small wheel in the centre of the control console. The trim tab moves 10 degrees up and 20 degrees down relative to the elevator chordline.

The Cessna 152 is a two-seat, fixed tricycle gear, general aviation airplane, used primarily for flight training, touring, and personal flying.
