Model Airplane Factory offers handmade model airplane, artistically created by our master craftsmen. The process starts from carving the fuselage and the intakes on the fuselage sides to the cruciform tail design, to the assembly and final polishing of the display airplane. USAF F35A JSF wood airplane is hand carved from solid mahogany and completely hand painted. From raw kiln-dried mahogany wood, it undergoes processes to accomplish a precise F-35A JSF aircraft display; from carving, sanding, coating, painting and detailing to a creatively done wooden replica of the USAF F35A JSF. model aircraft display includes hand-made armaments to represent real weapon loads based on the original USAF F35A JSF. After carving the wood, the display model will undergo stages of fine sanding, between primer coats, to produce a silky smooth finish ready for final painting. The rich color paint scheme and markings of the F-35A JSF are cautiously painted to the assembled F-35A JSF wood model.


The F-35A, the conventional takeoff and landing (CTOL) variant intended for the US Air Force and other air forces. It is the smallest, lightest F-35 version and is the only variant equipped with an internal gun, the GAU-12/U. This 25 mm cannon, a development of the 20 mm M61 Vulcan carried by USAF fighters since the F-104 Starfighter, is also carried by the USMC's AV-8B Harrier II.

The F-35A not only matches the F-16 in maneuverability, instantaneous and sustained high-g performance, but also outperforms it in stealth, payload, range on internal fuel, avionics, operational effectiveness, supportability and survivability. It also has an internal laser designator and infra-red sensors.

It is primarily intended to replace both the U.S. Air Force's F-16 Fighting Falcons and A-10 Thunderbolt IIs, beginning in 2011.
