F/A-18E Super Hornet aircraft model wooden jet includes hand-made armaments to represent real weapon loads based on the original F-18 Super Hornet. The aircraft jet is meticulously carved and painted to reflect the true detail of the original FA-18 Super Hornet. Every F/A-18E Super Hornet jet plane wood is a work of art. After passing through several stages of sanding and priming, our talented artists paint and detail the display jet with historically correct markings of the F/A-18E Super Hornet. The F-18 Super Hornet jet model is supplied with a mahogany base for display.


The Boeing F/A-18E Super Hornet is a single seat carrier-based fighter/attack aircraft that entered service in 1999 with the United States Navy. The fighter has recently been ordered by the Royal Australian Air Force. The F/A-18E/F Super Hornet is a larger and more advanced development of the F/A-18C/D Hornet. Its primary users are United States Navy, United States Marine Corps, Royal Australian Air Force, and Spanish Air Force. The F/A-18E Super Hornet is one of the distinct, evolutionary upgrade to the F/A-18 designed to serve a complementary role with Hornets in the U.S. Navy.
