The process starts from carving the fuselage and the intakes on the fuselage sides to the B-24 Liberator model cruciform tail design, the assembly and final polishing of the B-24 Liberator wood model aircraft. Consolidated B24 Liberator model plane is hand carved from solid wood and completely hand painted. Every B-24 Liberator bomber model airplane is a work of art. This Consolidated B24 Liberator military bomber model comes with a metal stand and wooden base.

The United States Army Air Forces (USAAF) took delivery of their first B-24s in 1941. Like the British, they used them as transports first. American B-24s entered combat in June 1942. On June 6, in the Pacific, four B-24s staging through Midway tried to attack Wake Island (they could not find the target).[14] On 12 June, 13 B-24s flying from Egypt attacked the Axis-controlled oil fields and refineries around Ploieşti, Romania.
